Description:

Diebold Nixdorf is a global leader automating and digitizing financial and retail commerce. As a Senior Remote Monitoring Operator, you will play a key role in monitoring and tracking the functionality of ATMs, self-checkouts, printers, and other critical equipment. You will respond to system alerts, notify customers and technicians for timely resolution, and conduct root cause analysis to restore optimal operations.

Your daily responsibilities involve reviewing management platforms to identify offline devices or malfunctions, handling service calls promptly, monitoring ATM camera angles for compliance, and maintaining effective communication with customers to reduce escalations. This role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate swiftly in a high-demand environment.

Key Technical Skills:

Remote system monitoring, ATM and self-checkout equipment knowledge, incident management, root cause analysis, customer communication, compliance monitoring

Requirements:

• 4-6 years experience in remote monitoring or equivalent
• Strong communication skills including business English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage service calls and coordinate with technical teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for surveillance and equipment operation
